Pet Shop appears as a playable character in the Capcom games. He was added to Heritage for the Future as part of the base-roster.

Considered one of the best characters in the game, he is typically soft-banned in most tournament settings, as a consequence of having such overwhelming advantages compared to the rest of the cast. He can move about freely in the air and use all of his moves from anywhere on the screen.
