Loccobarocco

Rocco Barocco is the lead overseer of Green Dolphin Street Prison. He uses an alligator puppet to communicate in tandem with people.

Appearance/Personality

Rocco is a short and stubby man, who prefers lecturing criminals via his alligator puppet.

When Jolyne first arrives in Stone Ocean, Rocco explains the rules of the prison to her and the other inmates.
