Obanazawa (尾花沢, Obanazawa) is a character from the one-shot Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan - Episode 8: Deoxyribonucleic Acid. he is the biological father of Mao Katahira.

Appearance

Obanazawa is a tall man of physical size, with messy curly black hair, thick eyebrows, has a scar on his forehead and similar to his daughter he has no upper eyelashes, thick lower eyelashes and sideburns that grow to his jaw.

he dresses in a long sweater and black pants, carrying a large backpack with him.

Personality

Obanazawa is calm and gentle, acting in a peaceful and questioning way about his scar to Mai. He also seems to feel an a father and daughter connection with Mao, managing to understand her fluently, and can even make her say coherent words.

History

Mai is discredited and even cries Obanazawa to say the same to her.

Less than 3 months afterward, Mai is stated to have married Obanazawa.
