California King Bed (カリフォルニア・キング・ベッドちゃん, Kariforunia Kingu Beddo-chan) is the Stand of Daiya Higashikata, featured in Part VIII: JoJolion.

Memory Materialization: Engaging a target in a game to which she names rules, implying an agreement; if Daiya correctly guesses or discovers a lie, California King Bed materializes one of her target's memories, preserved in orbs part of chess pieces that emerge from their body. In the only example of a game shown, when Daiya steps on her target's shadow, the game ends and their memories are returned.

Touching her chess pieces, Daiya may perceive memories stored there. If a piece is destroyed, the memory is lost.

Trivia

• The way this Stand holds memories is similar to the D'Arby brothers' Stands Osiris and Atum. The three of them hold contents of the mind or soul, and the objects that store them (Chess pieces, poker chips, dolls) cannot be destroyed without destroying their contents.
• Like Alessi's Stand Sethan, California King Bed's laws involve avoiding contact with a person's shadow.
