Ability
Memory Materialization: California King Bed steals and preserves a selected target's memories into orbs embedded into chess pieces when Daiya discovers her victim's lie. Daiya is unable to select the memory taken, but is able to perceive it. If the orbs are destroyed, the memories are destroyed with it. Should Daiya step on her victim's shadow, however, the victim would regain their memories.
Trivia
- California King Bed is another stand that requires stepping on someone's shadow, however, unlike Alessi's stand, she loses her power of memory manipulation rather than retain her effect.
- The way California King Bed holds memories is similar to The D'Arby Brothers Stands Osiris & Atum, due to how the three stands can hold items (Memories & Souls) & the items that it is inside of (Chess pieces, poker chips, dolls) cannot be destroyed or the the memory or soul is destroyed as well.
