Reality is the lifeblood that makes a work pulse with energy! Reality itself is entertainment! To write something interesting, you have to write what you've seen, what you've done, what you've experienced!
—Rohan Kishibe, Chapter 318: Let's Go to the Manga Artist's House, Part 1

Rohan Kishibe (岸辺 露伴, Kishibe Rohan) is a recurring character featured in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, most notably the fourth part, Diamond is Unbreakable. He is also the titular main protagonist of several spin-offs, including Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan.

Rohan is a famous manga artist who writes Pink Dark Boy for Weekly Shonen Jump. Rohan is introduced as an antagonist in the "Let's Go to the Manga Artist's House" story arc but eventually befriends Koichi Hirose and becomes a primary ally in helping Reimi Sugimoto search for the serial killer Yoshikage Kira. He also possesses Heaven's Door, a Stand which can transform people into books.

In Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, Rohan takes over as the protagonist, narrating stories of paranormal events that he's witnessed. The series introduces new characters, such as Rohan's editor Kyoka Izumi and his dog Bakin. Rohan is also the protagonist of Rohan au Louvre, in which he searches for the "blackest painting."

In The JOJOLands, Rohan appears as a wealthy manga artist investigating mysterious volcanic rocks while vacationing in Hawaii.
