Tsurugi Higashikata is the daughter of Jobin Higashikata and Mitsuba featured in Part VIII: Jojolion.

Appearance/Personality

Much like Nijimura, her face hasn't displayed any emotion at all. Part of this is because she is wearing wearing a pair of dark sunglasses. Aside from this, her attire consists of a scarf, a polka-dot dress and a pair of flats. Her emotionless demeanor and appearance resembles that of a child fashion model. She also appears to have a strong resemblance to Shizuka Joestar.

Synopsis

As Jobin's daughter, she appears to fit in quite well in the Higashikata family. She was present during the family photo and was introduced by Norisuke Higashikata IV. She is usually being carried around by Mitsuba.
