Tattoo
Tattoo,as referred to by Speedwagon, is a minor character introduced in Part I: Phantom Blood.
Appearance
Tattoo is a rugged looking grown man with a medium sized beard and spiked up hair. His wardrobe appears to consist mainly of a fringed leather jacket, pants, and belt. His most noticeable feature, and the source of his name is what appears to be either a butterfly or a Rorschach designed tattoo plastered across his face.
Personality
Little is known about Tattoo, aside from his rowdy nature and apparent acquaintanceship with Robert Edward O Speedwagon. He is first introduced when he, along with Speedwagon and a Kempo Master, ambush Jonathan during his journey to find a cure for his father's illness. he is the first to attack Jonathan using a knife, but fails when Jonathang rabs the knife with his bare hand.
Later in the series, after the mansion battle, speedwagon decides to visit Joanthan in the hospital, with Tattoo and Kempo Fighter along for the ride. Concerned for his friend, they suggest Speedwagon to not relax due to his own injuries.
At the end of the series, he is in the group that sees Jonathan and Erina off on their honeymoon to America.

In the Phantom Blood video game, Tattoo's profile lists his name as "Tattoo Guy."
