Jump Hero Taisen: Ore Collection 2 (ジャンプヒーロー大戦 -オレコレクション2-, Janpu Hīrō Taisen - Ore Korekushon 2 -, lit. Jump Hero War: My Collection 2) was a free mobile game for Android and iOS developed by Drecom and distributed by Bandai Namco Entertainment.

The game released on November 26, 2019. It was created as a major rework of a previous game, Weekly Shonen Jump: Ore Collection!.

Jump Hero Taisen was a turn-based RPG featuring characters from several manga series published in Weekly Shonen Jump, developed for the magazine's 50th anniversary. The game's service ended on September 30, 2020.[1]

Gameplay

Players select teams of three or more characters and battle waves of enemies in turn-based battles. Characters can level up and increase their stats. Those who have previously played the original Ore Collection game can transfer their data to this game.

Battle Basics

The turn order for each character is shown on the left side of the screen. Each character has their own unique skills, which aren't limited to just attacks, but can also cause abnormal conditions or recover allies.

There is a gauge on the bottom right for "Combined Special Moves", where all of the team members will attack together. It can be activated by having two or more characters that have a special combination technique and by accumulating two or more stages in the gauge during the battle.

Attributes

Heroes have five types of attributes: Red, Blue, Green, White, and Black. Red is stronger than Green, Green is stronger than Blue, Blue is stronger than Red, and Black and White are strong against each other.

When attacking with an attribute advantage, there is a certain probability for a "Smash" (increased damage) to occur.

Progression

Hero Enhancement

Players can raise the levels of their heroes by gaining experience points when clearing quests or strengthening at the Strengthening Laboratory. At their highest level, the heroes can evolve at the lab. After evolving, the hero's maximum status and rarity will be upgraded by one rank. The maximum rank is 6☆.

The hero's level will return to level 1 after evolving. Heroes can be awakened to increase their basic parameters. They will learn new skills and special moves. Some characters will change their appearance, such as Goku becoming Super Saiyan.

Skill Level is increased by strengthening and evolving heroes of the same type, regardless of attributes. As Skill Levels increase, their skill's effects will be strengthened as well.

Jump Taisen Stone Equipment.jpg

Ability Stones have the power to enhance a hero's ability by equipping them. Each Ability Stone has a specific shape. Ability Stones can be strengthened up to +15 to increase their effects. The main effect is strengthened with each level increase, and when it is +3, +6, +9, or +12, sub-effects will be added or strengthened. At the final level, its main effect is greatly enhanced. There are various types of Ability Stones, each with their own set effects. Heroes can be made even stronger by equipping a certain number of stones of the same type. It is possible to have multiple set effects activated.
