Holy Joestar-Kira
Holy Joestar-Kira is the Part VIII: Jojolion counterpart to Holy Kujo, and the mother of Jojolion's Yoshikage Kira.
Personality
Holly appears to be suffering from an unknown type of mental disorder, mistaking people for objects. This is due to the teeth marks shown in her brain scan, likely due to the influence of the Wall Eyes. However, she is still able to live normally otherwise, capable of addressing Yasuho as another human being and perceiving her stand whilst thinking of her son Yoshikage.
Synopsis
Holy was shown to have been the mother of Yoshikage Kira in the alternate universe, making Kira of the alternate universe a direct descendent of Johnny Joestar. Holy Joestar-Kira is revealed to have been an ophthalmologist who worked at the T.H. Medical University Hospital from 1998-2008 and is currently a guest professor at T.G. University.[1] It is revealed that she is currently a patient at the hospital, giving reason as to why she was not present to identify her son's corpse. When Yasuho visited her, Holy crept on the ground and startled her, similar to Josuke in his introduction. Yasuho tried to speak to Holy about Yoshikage Kira, but before she could get an answer, she was escorted out by a nurse and two Security Guards. While being kicked out of the room, Holy pays special attention to Yasuho's shadow that had, unknowingly to Yasuho, taken a different, stand-like form. When Yasuho was brought back to the hospital, she sees a group of doctors talking to Holy. The doctors are curious to how Holy was brought to this condition without surgery. She denies while trying to put her feet on a woman's back, thinking that the woman is a pair of boots. [2]

- Like her counterpart, she holds her son in high regard, despite their disposition & attitudes.
- She was able to see Yasuho's stand, Paisley Park. This indicates that she also has a Stand. The way she discovered Yasuho's stand is similar to how Holy saw Jotaro's stand, Star Platinum.
- Despite being in her 50's she has a very youthful appearance, similar to how Jotaro Kujo still looked young in Stone Ocean and how Lisa Lisa still looked young despite being two years younger than Holy.
