Sticky Fingers
Sticky Fingers (スティッキィ・フィンガーズ, Sutikkyi Fingāzu) is the Stand of Bruno Buccellati, featured in Part V: Vento Aureo.
Appearance
Sticky Fingers is a humanoid Stand of a height and build similar to Buccellati's.
Its face is not apparent, hidden apart from a mouth by a helmet-like covering; adorned with a mohawk-like row of short cones or spikes.
Zippers hang from the base of its neck and abdomen, the back of its hands, and the top of its feet.
Personality
Sticky Fingers is one of the few Stands used in conjunction with its user's battle/Stand cry. Bruno's trademark line begins by stringing "ARI, ARI, ARI" to his rapid punches; with "Arrivederci!" ("Goodbye" in Italian) at his finishing blow.
Ability
Zipping In and Out: Sticky Fingers primary ability is to make anything it touches able to be opened with a zipper.
For example, Sticky Fingers can hit a wall and open it up and walk through it then zip it up again. This also allows him to separate enemies into multiple pieces and even perform a cutting attack by detaching something and then canceling the zipper.
The space inside the zipper of walls and people is extremely large, allowing him to create special hiding spots that only he can access.
Trivia
- According to JOJOVELLER, its ability is inspired by the cover of the Rolling Stones album Sticky Fingers, which featured a functional zipper.
- Sticky Fingers is one of four Stands that belongs to a side protagonist and has a battle cry; the other three being Aerosmith, Spice Girl and Silver Chariot.
- The English localization of All Star Battle changes its name to "Zipper Man".
