Trish appears in Diamond Records as a playable character in both the Action Battle and Tactical Battle game modes. She has one 'Courage' type 6 star statue. Trish's moveset in both game modes is comprised of various attacks inspired by the anime, using her stand Spice Girl. Trish is one of five Vento Aureo characters who are playable in Action Battle, the others being Giorno, Bucciarati, Mista, and Prosciutto.

Trish's basic attack is a three-hit combo from Spice Girl.

(Counter) If Trish is hit while this skill is active, the ground will stretch as the opponent tries to reach her and knock them back. In Action battle, this acts as a trap and will hurt opponents that walk into it.
