Strange Relation
Strange Relation (ストレンジ・リレイション, Sutorenji Rireishon) is the Stand of the Strange Old Man, featured in the second chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure drama CD's first volume, which is based on Stardust Crusaders.
It is a Stand that emits music which can only be heard by other Stand users. When a Stand user hears its melody, they fall under the old man's control.
Appearance
Strange Relation has no physical appearance on its own, as it is bound to a barrel organ.
Abilities
Mind Control
Strange Relation activates when its user plays his organ. It emits a melody which only Stand users can hear, swaying the hearts of those who hear it and eventually taking control of their minds. Those who are under control will strangely utter Ta li la la la~ (た～り～ら～ら～ら, Ta ~ri ~ra ~ra ~ra) in a trance-like state.
It can even control multiple individuals at the same time. In order for additional instructions to be given to the manipulated opponent, the music must be played further. The mind control will break if the music stops playing for some time, as the Joestar Group is able to break free from the ability after the old man's organ is destroyed by Joseph Joestar.
Sound Manipulation
Strange Relation can also attack opponents by manipulating sound. It is capable of launching high energy, low-frequency sound waves at its target.[1]
