Beach Boy (ビーチ・ボーイ) is the stand of Pesci featured in Part V: Vento Aureo.

Appearance/Personality

The stand appears as a simple and perhaps physical fishing pole with what appears to be a dragon's or dinosaur's skull mounted upon its handle and the words 'BEACH BOY' written on top. Beach Boy is primarily offensive; it cannot defend its user and does not have any personality of it own.

Abilities

  • Long-Range Tracking: Beach Boy has an incredible range due to the length of its string, which cannot be destroyed or damaged in any way. If the hook finds an object, it will 'swim' inside the object until it finds its weakness and pulls it out. In the case of a living being, this weakness is often the heart or any other vital organ. It is impossible to remove the string as it will continue to search without hesitation and the user does not have to see what is going on.
  • Selective Intangibility: Beach Boy can phase through any object, including walls, flesh and stretch its string to great distances. It can also selectively target the organs of its victim.
  • Damage Rebound: Any damage inflicted to the string is transferred to whatever Beach Boy is currently hooked to, making it impossible to destroy the string once it is hooked into an object or person.
