Successor is the seventh episode of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime. It covers chapters 34 through 36 of the manga.
Summary
William Antonio Zeppeli recalls how Tonpeti foretold where his death would take place;The description fits with the very place he is at that moment. Knowing this, Zeppeli fights against Tarkus with the intention of finding a way to free JoJo . However, Tarkus ensnares him with a chain and rips his body into two. Using the last of his strength, Zeppeli transfers the last of his Ripple energy to Jonathan, allowing him to heal his injuries, break free from his chains, and deafeat Tarkus easily. Following the battle, Zeppeli tells JoJo that he has accepted his fate and has passed his will onto him before passing away. As JoJo, Speedwagon , and Poco make their way back to Windknights , they encounter Mr. Adams, one of the villagers who at first react friendy to their, but his urge for blood reveal his nature instantly. Jonathan defeats him easily taking his tongue and using Hamon from his feey in the zombie's face but another stranger attacks him. Jonathan , surprised at first, manages to evade and counterattack. Before, the battle continues, the stranger confess he is a human and he only want to prove Jonathan's powers.He introduce himself as Dire , one of William's Friend and a Ripple User. Straits, another student, make his entry and shortly after him, Master Tonpeti. Along with his students he join Jojo on his journey. Meanwhile, it is revealed that Peggy has been kidnapped by Dio .
