The memory of a fighter jet pilot that was summoned by Under World. At some point in the past, the back of his jet was shot by a MiG fighter jet and a chunk of his body was also shot off. He lost control of the jet and didn't try to escape before the jet crashed in Florida.
The memory of him and his jet was conjured by Donatello Versus to trap Jolyne. She questions the pilot on how she can get out and he explains to her about the ejection seat button and that it didn't work anyways. She took control of the jet to crash it into Flight 2862 to circumvent its event of exploding when it hits the ground.
