The JOJOLands
Two policemen patrolling the roads of Oahu. They pull over Dragona and Jodio's pickup truck, claiming that they had been driving unsteadily. One of the policemen is a pervert and attempts to molest Dragona under the pretense of searching them, and becomes aroused when he discovers that Dragona has a penis. When Jodio approaches them to protect Dragona, the policemen aim their guns at him and demand that he gets back in the car. Both policemen are quickly taken out by the siblings' Stand abilities. Jodio proceeds to stomp on them and light their car on fire to destroy any recorded evidence of their encounter.
They reappear during a drug bust on Jodio and Paco, where they are now working with the DEA and tackle Jodio to the ground. The perverted policeman mocks him with his fantasies about him and Dragona, after which November Rain activates its stand ability, forcing them to flee.[1]
Barbara Ann Joestar's husband, and Jodio and Dragona Joestar's father. He and Barbara appear to have a strained relationship, as he lives separately from his wife and children.
A boy shown being tripped over and having water poured over his head by other students. Jodio comments on him being physically larger than himself, as well as probably being smart with plenty money from his parents, yet he ends up getting bullied whilst Jodio has gained the recognition and trust of others.
Little is known about Paco Laburantes's father aside from his abusive behavior. In one incident with his son, he bit off a piece of Paco's left ear.
A woman working as a DEA agent and posing as a college student who wants to buy drugs. She contacts Jodio through a mutual acquaintance named "Kate" and goes to meet Jodio to arrest him the moment they complete the sale. Jodio is initially suspicious but she claims that if she were a police officer, then she would have to confirm it if Jodio asked her the question. Jodio asks her and she lies. When Jodio and Paco give her a bag of drugs, she takes out a gun and arrests Jodio and Paco, but Jodio uses November Rain to destroy the evidence.
The widowed mother of Usagi Alohaoe living in Oahu. After her husband got hit by a bus during work and passed away, she received the insurance money.
The father of Usagi Alohaoe. He was a construction worker in Oahu but was hit by a bus and passed away.
The owner of three cats who are Stand users. Jodio realizes that the owner was watching Rohan's villa since before Jodio and his friends arrived there, planning to take the Lava Rock. They also watch the cats fight Jodio's group in the jungle and follow the group to a cafe. When the cats fail to defeat the group, the owner decapitates the cats. While Jodio is alone with Paco, the owner somehow places the cats' heads inside their food bag to serve as a warning to them.
