The Joestar Family contains the main protagonists and is the central family of the series. It contains noble English roots that are no longer brought up in the later parts of the story, as Joestar descendants eventually reside in America, Japan, and Italy, assimilating into average human lifestyles. However, several still have ties with high-ranking corporations possessing great wealth, such as the Speedwagon Foundation and Passione.
