Kaoru (薫, Kaoru) is a character featured in the canceled light novel The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulp, based on the fourth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Diamond is Unbreakable.
Appearance
Kaoru is a short young boy with thin arms. He has short hair combed upwards and wears a bandana with various symbols resembling flowers. He also wears a loose crop top with flowered sleeves, which for some reason, also has the image of a face similar to Jolyne Cujoh printed on the front. His pants have guitar-like symbols.

Kaoru has an unnamed Stand that has the ability to create objects under his skin. When he uses his Stand, a horned figure appears behind him.
History
The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulp's story was never finalized by Otsuichi, so there is little information on how the story would have progressed.
Kaoru and his mother move to Morioh one year after the events of Diamond is Unbreakable. They move to the apartment where Minako Okura and Satoru Nakae lived before they were murdered by Yoshikage Kira. A robbery case from three years ago resurfaces, and Kaoru's mother is frightened by a mysterious stalker.
Kaoru meets Josuke Higashikata who teaches him more about Stands and the history of Morioh. In a park, Kaoru meets an old man who threateningly asks if his mother was hiding something. He is eventually taken away by a nurse.[1]
