Locacaca Smuggling Organization

The Rokakaka Smuggling Organization (ロカカカ密輸組織, Rokakaka Mitsuyu Soshiki) is a mysterious, secret smuggling operation led by the Rock Humans.

They control a seemingly large supply of Rokakaka fruits and branches to meet the demand of their customers. One of the higher-ups in the organization, Tamaki Damo went after Yoshikage Kira and Josefumi Kujo after they attempted to rob branches from them. Additionally, Jobin Higashikata has shown that he is in league with the organization in some form; although it is unknown if he is a Rock Human or not. The group contains the antagonists of JoJolion.
