Manga Debut: Chapter 21: Jack the Ripper and Zeppeli the Strange, Part 4
Two old women that are residents of Windknight's Lot. The first woman asks her companion if she heard that someone moved into the castle on top of the hill. The other woman confirms she did, commentating that sickly folk always go there to recover. The same woman then changes the topic to ask the first woman if she had heard that Harry's daughter ran away from home. The first woman confirms she did hear of that, mocking it up to something young people are doing.
It is possible that she was one of the women Dio and Jack the Ripper killed to suck blood. The other residents are seen gossiping about how young people would run away without telling anyone, mentioning her as an example.
Harry (ハリー, Harī) is a resident of Windknight's Lot whose daughter ran away shortly before Dio's arrival in town.
