Robert E. O. Speedwagon (ロバート・E・O・スピードワゴン, Robāto Ī Ō Supīdowagon) is a playable character in Stardust Shooters with fifteen different units in rarities ranging from SSR to N. Both his Part 1 and Part 2 incarnations appear as playable Metal Strikers.
His Part 1 incarnation's Finishing Move throws his bowler hat at the opponent, while his Part 2 incarnation simply makes a "hit" effect appear on defeated opponents.
At first the two were enemies, but through fighting the two became good friends, and began working together.
