Pesci is an antagonist from Part V: Vento Aureo and a member of La Squadra di Esecuzione. He operates together with Prosciutto.
Appearance/Personality
Pesci is quite timid near his introduction, using his stand power almost hesitantly. However, with his teammate words of assurance and later death, Pesci becomes quite confident of himself, almost killing Bruno Buccellati during their battle near a lake. Buccellati notes, however, that Pesci's bravery dissolved into useless threats when the assassin attempted to threaten his friends inside Coco Jumbo.
Synopsis
He's introduced as a crony of Prosciutto's with no confidence or self esteem. However, he could be considered to be one of the most developed villains of the story, as upon realizing that Buccellati apparently killed Prosciutto, he gains confidence to complete his mission and challeges Buccellati, almost defeating him and even forcing him to admit that Pesci was more dangerous than Prosciutto. However, Pesci is eventually defeated by Buccellati after a hard-fought fight when he attempts a move that Buccellati deems useless and is promptly separated into several pieces by Sticky Fingers.
Trivia
- He refers to Prosciutto as big brother ("aniki") though it's never made clear if it's blood relation or not. "Aniki" is a title that Yakuza members call their superiors.
