Lulu's Bags Groove (バグス・グルーヴのルルちゃん, Bagusu Gurūvu no Ruru-chan) is the fifth story arc of The JOJOLands.

Jodio and his team are attacked by Lulu and Bobby Jean's Stands in the hospital as they attempt to save Usagi's life with an MRI. Meanwhile, the head of the HOWLER Company, Acca Howler, learns that he is now facing bankruptcy.

Summary

Jodio wonders why his team is being attacked and suspects it may be because they were investigating HOWLER's land deeds. Charming Man describes how his health is deteriorating from the tumor on his eye and apologizes to Usagi for losing track of the enemy Stand inside Usagi's body. As blood pours from Usagi's eye, Jodio predicts that the Stand must be following a set pattern of attack. He directs Dragona to use Smooth Operators to find the Stand and remove it. After a tense moment, Dragona succeeds, and Jodio finishes the job with November Rain, saving Dragona. The group then devises a plan to use an MRI at the hospital to find and remove the Stand from Usagi.

Inside the Hawaii State Land Registry Office, agent Bobby Jean reviews footage of the trio who examined the land deeds but dismisses the incident. He speaks with a young girl, revealed to be the Stand user, Lulu, who confirms that her Stand Bags Groove was responsible for the attack on Jodio's team. Lulu, showing symptoms from the damage to her Stand, orders Bobby to check traffic cameras to trace the group.

The gang arrives at the hospital, but they accidentally enter the ICU instead of the MRI room. They spot the clerk from the registry office, Sophie White, unconscious, with her distressed father, Congressman White. Seeing an opportunity, Dragona uses Smooth Operators to authenticate a document on White's tablet for seizing HOWLER's land deeds.[1]

Meanwhile, Acca Howler lands in Honolulu, only to be informed by Yokohama from Dolphin Bank that his land is being seized by the state. He learns of a $30 billion loan he must immediately repay or face bankruptcy. Howler suspects the sudden change in his fortune is due to the mysterious powers of the Lava Rock.

At the hospital, Jodio's team tries finding an MRI to scan Usagi, but they're all in use. Bobby Jean and Lulu trace the team to the hospital, and Lulu contacts Howler, who orders her to recover the Lava Rock. Bobby Jean then uses his Stand, Glory Days, firing bullets at the group. Dragona, Jodio, Paco, and Charming Man are all struck by the bullets.[2]
