At the hotel where [[Jotaro]] is staying, [[Akira Otoishi|somebody]] calls him telling him to leave [[Morioh]]. He says he was the one who killed [[Keicho Nijimura]] and he has the [[Bow and Arrow]]. He tells Jotaro and [[Josuke]] that if they won't bother him he won't bother them. Jotaro starts asking him question when the man electrocutes the phone and the call ends.
An anonymous caller calls [[Jotaro]] at his hotel, telling him that he is the one who stole the [[Bow and Arrow]] from [[Keicho Nijimura|Keicho]]. The caller presses Jotaro to leave Morioh, but once Jotaro starts questioning him, the phone is electrocuted and the call ended.


Meanwhile, [[Okuyasu]] joined Josuke and Koichi's school and Koichi is riding gleefully on his new bike. He suddenly runs over a strange bag when he hears faint meows and sees blood oozing from the bag. Koichi understands that he just ran over a cat but tells himself that it wasn't his fault, someone just left it there. A stranger called [[Tamami Kobayashi]] tells Koichi that he wasn't guilty but his tone says differently. Koichi says that they must bury it and Tamami tells that he will bury it if Koichi will pay him, it was his cat after all. Koichi begins to feel guilty when a lock appears on him - [[The Lock|Tamami's Stand]]. Tamami tells Koichi that if he will pay him he won't feel guilty anymore.

Koichi Hirose (Echoes) (1) is the two-hundred-eighty-fourth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the nineteenth chapter of Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable.

Summary
