Weather Report (ウェザー・リポート (CN: 天气预报), Wezā Ripōto, lit. Weather Forecast) is a playable character in Path to Nowhere. He was released as an Class Sinner on April 30, 2024 in the Chinese version of the game, available by being arrested in the "Prisoners of the Broken Realm" Collaboration Search Event.

The subject's ability takes the form of a cloud-like humanoid, capable of weather control with a range that can vary from small to large. On a small scale, it can generate heat via friction in the air, while on a large scale, it can create widespread rainfall. Additionally, it can unleash indiscriminate weather-based attacks such as poison dart frog rain and storms. Within a range of 1–2 meters, it can also utilize wind pressure to deliver punches, rainfall, and lightning strikes to inflict significant damage.
