HOWLER Company (
Originally established by Latrato as HOWLER Farms (ハウラー牧場, Haurā Bokujō) in the late 1890s, it eventually developed into an infrastructure development company led by Howler's descendants. The current leader is the sixth-generation head of the family, Acca Howler.
The company owns many plots of lands related to water resources across the state of Hawaii. HOWLER is targeted by Meryl Mei Qi and her team, who aim to steal all their lands.
Lulu (ルル, Ruru) is a tertiary antagonist featured in the ninth part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, The JOJOLands.
She is a young girl affiliated with the HOWLER Company. She plants her Stand, Bags Groove, on the original paper copies of HOWLER's land deeds, automatically targeting anyone who touches them.
Mandom (マンダム, Mandamu) is the Stand of Ringo Roadagain, featured in the seventh part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Steel Ball Run. Only possessing a humanoid head and shoulders, Mandom grants Ringo the ability to rewind time six seconds in the past.
The Lives of Eccentrics (変人偏屈列伝, Henjin Henkutsu Retsuden, lit. "Biographies of Obstinate Eccentrics") is a series of short stories written by Hirohiko Araki and illustrated by him and his assistant, Hirohisa Onikubo, released between 1989 and 2003. A hardcover volume compiling all the stories was released by Shueisha in 2004 and later converted into a paperback in 2012.
