Noriaki Kakyoin (花京院 典明, Kakyōin Noriaki) is a playable character in 'Last Survivor'. He was announced during the game's initial announcement trailer,[1] being the first to appear out of the five playable characters shown.
Kakyoin is a Shooter Type (射撃タイプ , Shageki Taipu) character. He is rated one out of three stars in difficulty. This section requires expansion.

Separates the Stand from the user, allowing it to be operated remotely. During this time, the user is defenseless.
20m Radius Emerald Splash (半径20mエメラルドスプラッシュ)
Inflicts continuous damage on all enemies within a 20m radius, ignoring obstacles. Can even be activated during "Long-Distance Operation" and only once per game. Power increases at Level 6.
