Rohan Kishibe (岸辺 露伴, Kishibe Rohan) is a wealthy and successful manga artist. He is on a sightseeing vacation in Hawaii alone with plans to stay in a villa for 15 days. He also declared to airport customs that he had brought a 24-karat diamond with him, which Meryl Mei Qi became aware of via her underground connections.

Three days into his vacation, Jodio Joestar and company are sent to steal the diamond from his villa. The group arrive at the villa while Rohan is swimming in its pool. Jodio realizes Rohan's identity while spying on him with binoculars, mentioning that he owns multiple volumes of his manga and watches the anime adaptation online.
