This kind of power cannot be considered a boon. It's a real curse... A true "evil spirit" capable of distorting the laws of nature is flowing endlessly without control.
rey infinito Chapter 11

El Aleph (無限の王(エル・アレフ), Eru Arefu, lit. Infinity King) is the Stand of Joaquín Ruiz-Jorruda, featured in the light novel rey infinito.

It envelops Joaquín's surroundings with darkness whenever he is awake, causing anyone around him to feel lethargic and fall asleep.

Appearance

El Aleph's physical form hasn't manifested yet as Sasha states that she doesn't see any evil spirit behind Joaquín, but its ability generates black whirlpools.[1]

Abilities

El Aleph is a Stand that hasn't fully awakened yet but is automatically using its powers without Joaquín's control.

Night Inducement

Thick, dark liquid seeps out from Joaquín's fingers like tar. When they hit the ground, they form a small black whirlpool which silently spins and gradually increases in size. The darkness is considered "night" itself where nothing can be seen inside, and it is considered as being part of the vacuum of space. The ability only works when Joaquín is awake and only affects his nearby surroundings. Regardless of whether the sun is up or not, it will become night around Joaquín.

It decreases the energy levels of anybody near Joaquín. Their circadian rhythms will feel out of order, making them exhausted without exception. It also causes the temperature to drop, wilting any nearby flowers. The Stand's range is quickly increasing over time before the ability fully manifests.[1]
