Numesaku is a henchman of Dio and one of the last vampire manga.Numesaku apparently suffered the abuse of the rest of Dio's allies , being treated like a useless. He is quickly defeated by Jotaro and the group when they discover his trick.

- Generally the Vampire Stand Users developed Powerfull Stand, being numesaku the exception.
- Nukesaku makes a cameo in Part III's videogame: if Alexi uses his Stand's power on Dio Brando, Dio will be briefly turned into Nukesaku.
