Toei Philippines Inc. is an official subsidiary of the original company in Japan, so it's not quite "outsourcing" here but rather allocating tasks within the same company, just in another country. In fact alot of the best-animated episodes in One Piece (especially during Wano arc) had both Toei PH and independent Filipino animators in the credits. Otherwise, the rest of these is a fun thought to have.

Upon doing so, her dad seems to disintegrate almost identically to the way Wu does. Is her dad cracking apart and turning into particles just Yasuho’s imagination of life without her dad, or was Wu using his stand to make her think he was her dad, like rearranging his particles to do so.
