Summary
The chapter begins with Josuke thinking about the latest events: Her double identity and the need to question Norisuke Higashikata. When he sits on the table for a normal breakfast, he sees that Hato came in swimsuit and later (Daiya hugs him in swimsuit too). Then, she explain the reason to take a swimsuit breakfast is a failed trip to hawaii.
When Norisuke come along, Josuke ask for a phone and tell that he wants to go to school. Norisuke agrees, but order Joushuu Higashikata to escort him. After a short conversation, Josuke and Joushuu travel to the Robbing Road, a street that is known as neighbors extort strangers.
