Un an plus tard, à l'âge de 15 ans, Narancia a finalement été libéré du centre de détention, bien qu'il ait contracté une maladie oculaire parce qu'un garde l'avait frappé après qu'il ait refusé d'admettre sa culpabilité. Des rumeurs ont éclaté parmi ses anciens pairs selon lesquels il avait hérité de la maladie de sa mère et qu'elle était contagieuse. Cela a amené ses anciens amis à l'ostraciser. Cependant, la vie de Narancia vira pour le meilleur. Un jour, [[Pannacotta Fugo]] trouva Narancia en train de fouiller dans des poubelles et l'a emmené dans un restaurant. Là, il a rencontré {{Fr|Blono Buccellati}} qui lui a offert son propre repas, et ensuite a fait en sorte qu'on soigne son oeil. Après avoir passé trois semaines à l'hôpital, la maladie oculaire de Narancia a été guérie mais il était confus quant aux raisons de l'aide de Buccellati. Bientôt, il a découvert que Buccellati était un membre de la pègre et a plaidé pour qu'il le laisse travailler pour lui. Buccellati s'est soudainement mis en colère et a ordonner Narancia de rentrer chez lui et d'aller à l'école comme une personne normale. Narancia fit ce qu'on lui avait dit, mais continua de se demander ce qui avait mis en colère Bucciarati. Finalement, il a réalisé que Buccellati était en colère pour le bien de Narancia, refusant de permettre à un jeune homme comme lui de s'impliquer dans le crime. Cependant, cette découvert n'a fait que rendre Narancia désireus de travailler pour Buccellati. Six mois plus tard, Narancia est allé voir [[Polpo]] à l'insu de Buccellati et a réussi le test, devenant un membre de Passione.<ref name="C472">{{Ch|Chapter 472}}</ref>

En arrivant sur l'île de Capri, le groupe se réfugie dans des toilettes publique. En attendant que Buccellati révèle le trésor, Narancia essaie d'éloigner un nettoyeur qui vient vers les toilette en les menaçant avec son couteau. Le nettoyeur lui fait une clé de bras et retourne le couteau de Narancia contre lui, mais la confrontation est interrompue par [[Pericolo]], un caporégime Passione qui est venu prendre les six milliards et promouvoir Buccellati au rang capo. ====Le combat contre FormaggioHormaggio====
L'équipe de Buccellati se cache avec Trish dans un vignoble. Narancia est chargé par Buccellati de sortir chercher de la nourriture ainsi que quelques articles de mode réclamés par Trish. Fugo essaie de faire en sorte que Narancia se souvienne des instructions spécifiques qu'il doit suivre en conduisant pour s'assurer qu'on ne le suive pas. Narancia essaie à deux reprises de se rappeler les instructions mais finit par oublier les deux fois, provoquant la colère de Fugo. Abbacchio dit qu'il ne devrait pas s'inquièter que quiconque suive Narancia: le Stand de Narancia devrait être suffisant pour éloigner tous poursuivant.

Narancia fait son shopping prudemment. Allant de magasin en magasin, il arrête la voiture de location de Buccellati au milieu de la rue alors il a l'impression d'être surveillé. Soudain, une voix appelle Narancia et en regardant sous la voiture, il voit une paire de pieds qui montent dans le véhicule. Narancia trouve alors un homme assis à l'arrière qui lui demande où il va. L'homme est nommé [[Formaggio/fr|Hormaggio]], prétendant être membre du gang. FormaggioHormaggio raconte comment après la mort de Polpo, le groupe de Bucciarati a disparu sans crier gare. Narancia baisse sa garde alors que FormaggioHormaggio ricane à sa propre mauvaise blague, ce qui donne à FormaggioHormaggio la possibilité d'attaquer Narancia avec son Stand [[Little Feet/fr|Little Feet]]. Narancia trébuche en arrière et FormaggioHormaggio demande à savoir pourquoi le groupe de Buccellati n'a pas assisté aux funérailles de Polpo. C'est à ce stade que Narancia invoque son Stand, Aerosmith, et commence à tirer sur FormaggioHormaggio, toujours à l'arrière de la voiture. FormaggioHormaggio est surpris que Narancia soit un manieur de Stand alors que Narancia déclare qu'il terminera sa mission et ne laissera pas FormaggioHormaggio le suivre.

L'Aerosmith de Narancia envoie un barrage de tirs vers FormaggioHormaggio, qui est piégé dans la voiture. Quand Aerosmith lâche une bombe dans la voiture, FormaggioHormaggio utilise le pouvoir de son Stand pour se rétrécir et s'échapper. Pendant tout ce temps, Narancia donne des coups de pied dans la voiture, hurlant sur FormaggioHormaggio, quand soudain il se rend compte que ce dernier n'est pas là. FormaggioHormaggio se glisse dans la poche arrière de Narancia, se contentant de laisser Narancia le rechercher. Alors que Narancia regarde autour de lui, il remarque que les gens viennent voir ce qu'est toute cette agitation et décide donc de rappeler son Stand. Alors qu'il regarde autour de lui pour trouver son couteau, il se rend compte qu'il ne saigne plus de la coupure que Little Feet lui a donnée. Il tombe sur un couteau, mais remarque qu'il est trop grand pour être le sien, puis remarque que ses chaussures sont trop grandes aussi, ce qui le fait se demander où sont passées ses chaussures. Il monte dans la voiture mais réalise que le siège est trop grand et qu'il ne peut pas atteindre les pédales.Narancia pense qu'il a pris la mauvaise voiture et saute hors de la voiture. Finalement, il se rend compte qu'il est en train de rétrécir à cause du Stand de FormaggioHormaggio.
 
Narancia cherche FormaggioHormaggio avant de décider de contacter Buccellati pour lui dire qu'on en a après Trish. Il se dirige vers un magasin avec des téléphones publics à l'intérieur, mais se rend compte qu'il est trop léger pour activer les capteurs basés sur le poids des portes automatiques. Luttant pour déclencher les capteurs et entrer, Narancia appelle ensuite Aerosmith pour détruire les portes ainsi que pour tirer sur l'un des téléphones publics afin qu'il puisse obtenir des pièces de la bonne taille et payer pour l'appel. Narancia monte vers un autre publiphone et compose le numéro mais se rend compte ensuite que la ligne téléphonique a été coupée. Il maudit FormaggioHormaggio et regarde autour de lui, avec Aerosmith. FormaggioHormaggio se terre dans la poche de Narancia, mais est surpris quand Narancia le trouve. Narancia ordonne à Aerosmith de tirer FormaggioHormaggio, mais FormaggioHormaggio fait grossir un stylo qui le propulse dans la rue. Grâce au radar d'Aerosmith, Narancia traque toujours et le bombarde jusqu'à ce qui FormaggioHormaggio tombe dans une grille d'égout.

Malheureusement, Narancia a suffisamment rétréci (et donc Aerosmith avec) pour que l'attaque soit inefficace au moment au FormaggioHormaggio reprend sa taille normale. Désavantagé, Narancia décide qu'il doit se cacher avant de reprendre son attaque.
 
Montant sur le trottoir, Narancia court vers une ruelle. Il est attaqué par un chat mais utilise Aerosmith pour le chasser. Alors qu'il atteint l'allée et grimpe sur des bouteilles, FormaggioHormaggio verse le contenu d'une canette de bière sur lui et le liquide l'emporte vers le trottoir. FormaggioHormaggio place son pied sur Narancia et exige qu'il lui dise où est Trish. Narancia refuse et FormaggioHormaggio a un flash-back du sort qui a frappé deux membres de son groupe. FormaggioHormaggio se met en colère, prend une araignée qu'il a trouvée dans les égouts et menaçe Narancia avec elle. Narancia essaie de lui tirer dessus avec Aerosmith, mais FormaggioHormaggio utilise Little Feet pour saisir Aerosmith, puis force Narancia dans la bouteille avec l'araignée. FormaggioHormaggio insiste pour que Narancia lui dise où est Trish, affirmant qu'il ne veut pas voir Narancia se faire manger par l'araignée. Narancia refuse et attaque l'araignée, la poignardant avec un éclat de verre, mais l'araignée finit par le ligoter dans une toile. L'araignée mord Narancia et commence à l'envelopper. FormaggioHormaggio remarque que quelque chose est tombé de la poche de Narancia plus tôt et l'examine, réalisant qu'il s'agit d'une carte menant à la cachette de la team Buccellati. FormaggioHormaggio ricane quand il constate que Narancia a marqué son chemin et qu'il lui suffit maintenant d'aller à Trish.

FormaggioHormaggio utilise son propre sang tout en se rétrécissant pour éteindre le feu sur son corps et s'échapper. A cause de la voiture en feu, Narancia est incapable de le localiser sur son radar. Cependant, Narancia décide que, s'il ne peut pas traquer FormaggioHormaggio, il n'a qu'à réduire toute la rue en cendre pour empêcher FormaggioHormaggio de partir. Aerosmith tire sur toutes les voitures dans la rue. N'ayant nulle part où courir ou se cacher, FormaggioHormaggio revient à sa taille normale, mais est gravement brûlé et décide de tuer Narancia directement. Il affirme que parce qu'ils sont très proches, Little Feet a l'avantage en raison de sa plus grande vitesse. Les deux invoquent leurs Stands et attaquent, mais Aerosmith est le plus rapide et tire sur les points vitaux de Little Feet. Alors que FormaggioHormaggio tombe à terre, il dit à Narancia que les choses seront plus difficiles pour Narancia et tout le monde. Narancia rappelle Aerosmith, mais il a échoué sa mission parce que tout l'argent et les courses ont été brûlés.

Encore à Venise, le gang discute dans un restaurant de leur situation et de la façon dont ils devraient combattre le Boss et son invincible [[King Crimson]]. Narancia bat un passant qui le confrontre avant de se rendre compte que ce n'était qu'un civil. Bien que Narancia insiste pour qu'ils ne disent pas à Trish qu'elle a été trahie par son propre père, Trish elle-même apparaît soudainement depuis la tortue et admet qu'elle savait tous dès qu'elle a repris conscience. Pendant que le groupe poursuit leur discussion, Narancia remarque que la cuillère qu'il utilise pour manger sa soupe a soudainement disparu de sa main. En prenant une autre, il continue à boire jusqu'à ce qu'il trouve les reste mâchouillés de sa première cuillère. Narancia remarque une sorte de [[Clash|requin miniature]] dans la soupe et le Stand saute et lui arrache la langue. Clash, le Stand de [[Squalo]], peut se téléporter vers n'importe quel liquide à portée. Giorno lui restaure une autre langue et Narancia essaie de de décrire l'ennemi et comment il attaque. Cependant, Narancia se rend compte qu'il ne dit que des mensonges; [[Talking Head]], le Stand de [[Tiziano]]{{Fr|Tizziano}} le partenaire de Squalo, s'est attaché à la langue de Narancia et l'empêche de dire la vérité. Le reste du groupe ne comprend pas ce qui arrive à Narancia et est manipulé. Dans les toilettes, Giorno soupçonne le premier que le comportement de Narancia est dû à un Stand.

Narancia commence à tirer dans l'espoir de toucher Clash mais tire accidentellement sur Giorno. Cependant, Clash serre la gorge de Giorno pour l'empêcher de respirer et d'émettre du dioxyde de carbone, avant de se téléporter dans un tuyau souterrain avec lui. Malgré cela, Narancia avait en fait l'intention de tirer sur Giorno et la fumée provenant des blessures par balle lui permet de suivre Giorno et Clash. En traquant la fumée, Narancia peut enfin tirer quelques balles sur Clash et blesser Squalo. Ce dernier saigne abondamment et respire de façon irrégulière. Squalo et TizianoTizziano tentent donc de fuir. Squalo attire Aerosmith dans la cuisine et provoque une fuite de gaz, mais Aerosmith le découpe avec ses hélices. TizianoTizziano intervient et parvient à manipuler la team Bucciarati dans la cuisine et a provoquer une explosion de gaz, ce qui surcharge le radar de Narancia. Avant de disparaître à nouveau, Giorno donne à Narancia une autre langue et lui dit de rechercher les manieurs.
 
Narancia écoute les conseils de Giorno et part dans les rues à la recherche de l'ennemi. Squalo est inquiet mais TizianoTizziano assure qu'il y a trop de gens pour que Narancia puissent les trouver. De plus, d'autres personnes ont une respiration irrégulièremen. TizianoTizziano est rassuré quand Narancia dit qu'il les voit car le contraire devrait se passer. Mais Narancia révèle qu'il s'est coupé sa langue sur laquelle Talking Head est attaché et a utilisé la langue que Giorno lui a donné. En exhibant Talking Head, il déstabilise TizianoTizziano qui se révèle. Narancia attaque Squalo avec l'intention de sauver Giorno, mais TizianoTizziano se met en travers des balle et se sacrifie en disant à son partenaire d'utiliser son sang éclaboussé pour attaquer Narancia.

L'équipe parvient à quitter Venise et à rejoindre l'aéroport pour voler un avion. Malgré les réticences de Narancia, [[Leone Abbacchio|Abbacchio]] lui assure que [[Moody Blues]] sera en mesure de piloter l'avion pour la Sardaigne. Pendant leur préparation, le gangster nommé [[Carne]] s'approche de l'avion et invoque son [[Stand]], mais est rapidement tué par Mista. Cependant, peu après le décollage de l'avion, le Stand [[Notorious B.I.G]] se manifeste. Il mange l'un des bras de [[Giorno Giovanna|Giorno]], blesse sévèrement Mista en mangeant Sex Pistols, puis Narancia en détruisant [[Aerosmith]]. Giorno perd alors son autre main en essayant de se débarrasser de [[Notorious B.I.G]]. Désemparé, Buccellati amène les blessés dans le cockpit, à l'intérieur de [[Coco Jumbo]] pour administrer les premiers soins. As Jorge assumes the moon must be the reason for him being brought there, he suddenly hears a dull chime echoing inside his stomach with the reverb spreading through his body. Narancia had put his Stand inside Jorge and warns Jorge not to move his head to the left if he doesn't want to die. A torpedo bursts through Jorge's skin as he screams in pain, covered in blood. The astronauts are about to see what happened, but they stop, suspicious of it being a trap. Angry that they didn't fall for it, Narancia fires four cruise missiles out of Jorge toward the astronauts, leading Jorge to learn that Narancia's Stand is an attack submarine hiding inside his body. However, [[Goyathlay Soundman]] summons a [[Dune|sand monster]] in front of the astronauts to swallow up the missiles. Narancia fires another missile which hits Jorge's wrist, freeing his hands from the zip tie. He then suddenly punches Jorge, knocking off a tooth with a spurt of blood. The tooth flies toward Soundman, with a submarine hiding on it. Although Soundman's sand monster knocks the tooth away, Narancia smirks. Drops of Jorge's blood had landed on Soundman's face from the tooth, and Narancia's [[U-Boat]] surfaces on top of the blood splatter. Narancia is about to attack Soundman but a hand holding a gun toward Narancia's forehead suddenly emerges from his own mouth. Funnier Valentine threatens to kill Narancia before his missiles explode unless he holds his fire. Narancia had U-Boat within his own body as well, and fires a missile toward the arm sticking out of his mouth. However, Funnier's [[Rear Window|Stand]] dodges and Narancia ends up exploding his own teeth off. Despite his injuries, Narancia remains conscious and fires several missiles at Soundman. The sand monster contains all of the explosions so Narancia starts firing missiles from within Soundman's body, exploding the man's back. Funnier's Stand appears again and fires bullets from behind Narancia, but all of the bullets explode before they could reach his head. Narancia had been deflecting each bullet with U-Boat's missiles.

Jorge asks Narancia whether he really wants to die here, mentioning that he'll never see his friends again. Narancia hesitates and then bursts into tears, realizing that he'll die. Suddenly, Jorge sees Narancia's face and entire body start melting as if it was rotting away. Jorge turns around and sees Pucci's [[Whitesnake|Stand]] but all the other astronauts had gone back to their normal duties. Pucci uses his Stand to pull out two [[DISC]]s from Narancia's head and one DISC from Jorge's head, reading their memories.

[[Pocoloco Tripleseven]] points out that {{JJ|Kars|t=2|someone}} is coming towards them, about to destroy their spaceship. He tells Pucci to wake Narancia up to see if he could move his submarine. Pucci inserts Narancia's DISCs back in and tells him that God has forgiven his sins already. Narancia is extremely confused when he wakes up, as he had been seeing an illusion that he killed all of the astronauts already. Pucci manipulates him by saying Narancia has no reason to kill them as they are his friends. Narancia doesn't argue back and Jorge is terrified of Pucci's manipulative capabilities, certain that Pucci must be evil. Narancia explains that he can't move his submarine because it can only move inside living things or other Stands, but Soundman's Dune had gone too far and became ordinary sand again. Narancia enthusiastically suggests blowing up the [[The Eyed Balloon|third moon]], causing Pucci to slap him and momentarily eject his DISC again for bad manners. With his DISC back inside, Narancia apologizes to Pucci.

Soundman's sand reaches the moon, and Narancia's U-Boat suddenly starts moving again. Narancia uses his Stand's periscope and questions whether moons are alive. After Pocoloco suddenly screams, they all see that the "moon" is actually a giant eyeball and its lid just opened. Its tentacles grab the spaceship but Narancia tries firing at it with dozens of submarines. The "moon" then opens its mouth and swallows up all of the submarines.

He shows them the interior of The Eyed Balloon, revealing that there are several {{W|Giotto (spacecraft)|Giotto}} probes inside. He also tells them the history of {{JJ|Kars|t=2}}, who Pocoloco saw earlier.

From Soundman's suggestion, Narancia merges his whole U-Boat fleet into a giant submarine. Soundman and Pucci go with Narancia on the giant U-Boat toward Kars. Soon, Funnier suddenly betrays his crew and assassinates Pocoloco with his Stand's gun. Funnier then shoots Narancia and Pucci as well. Jorge grabs Narancia's knife and tries to stab Funnier but the astronaut dodges and disarms Jorge, stabbing Jorge in the shoulder instead. Soundman tries fighting back but is killed by Funnier. As Funnier escapes, Narancia reveals that U-Boat caught the bullet in his forehead so he didn't actually die. He fires a cruise missile which collides with the escape pod, killing Funnier.

The giant U-Boat rams into the side of the H.G. Wells due to The Eyed Balloon's tentacles. Narancia and Jorge jump into the hole of the submarine and Narancia immediately pilots it away. The H.G. Wells spaceship explodes, but they are confronted by Kars who entered their submarine as well. Kars decides to build his own spaceship using The Eyed Balloon and the Giotto probes. He reveals that The Eyed Balloon was composed of 36 different Kars from each universe, each holding a Giotto probe within the sphere. Each Kars work together, assembling a futuristic spaceship using their own body parts and the parts from the Giotto probes. The remaining Kars melt themselves into fuel for the ship, as Narancia and Jorge watch in horror. Kars orders Narancia to shrink the submarine and then he carries it along with Narancia and Jorge into his new spaceship. While Kars doesn't need to eat to survive, he declares his intention to eat Narancia and Jorge after arriving at Earth as a celebratory feast. Meanwhile, the pebble phone starts ringing and Narancia is excited to speak with Bucciarati again.<ref name="JORGE10">{{Ch|JORGE JOESTAR Chapter 10}}</ref>

Jorge hears a sonar ping from inside his body and realizes that Narancia has put U-Boat inside him. Narancia had also put one submarine inside Kars. However, Kars feels something inside himself and pulls it out. He analyzes it by dismantling the whole submarine and examining the individual parts. Noticing the computers in the control room of the submarine had some sort of visual data, Kars plugs the computer's cord into the palm of his hand and opens his mouth. A beam of light shines from his mouth and projects the information from his palm onto the wall across from him. Every image that displays on the wall are naked images of [[Trish Cicciolina]] from Narancia's memories. Trish Cicciolina was an adult entertainer who later became a member of the Italian Parliament, and she is even famous in Japan. Narancia embarrassingly begs Kars to stop displaying them. Kars asks if human bodies are now capable of making machines, but Narancia goes berserk from his embarrassment and Jorge worries that Kars will kill him. Thus, Jorge answers Kars by saying that it's not a machine, but a [[Stand]]. He explains what Stands are and Kars wonders whether he could use one too since he can see and touch them. Kars puts his hand to his chest and a submarine with a [[U-Boat Ultimate|different design]] from Narancia's U-Boat surfaces from within him. After some banter, Kars gives Jorge a downgraded copy of his [[U-Boat]]. He calls Giorno and Narancia speaks with him. Giorno tells them that there is an expected bombing on Nero Nero Island and Morioh after an American scout plane had crashed on Morioh, resulting with the residents clashing with the Navy. Jorge and Narancia decide to disable the military weaponries with their Stands. The spaceship of Kars smashes into the [[Arrow Cross House]] as Jorge assumes that they all are about to die. However, Kars saves them by transforming his body into a sphere. Narancia tells Jorge that they should consider running away now while they have the chance, but then discovers that they aren't in [[Morioh]]. He sends out a few hundred tiny [[U-Boat]]s onto the grass, having them scout in all directions. Jorge remembers that he was still borrowing a version of U-Boat from Kars and does the same thing.

They find a sign displaying "Wastewood" as well as a newspaper dated November 11, 1920. Jorge wonders how they ended up 92 years ago and why the place looks abandoned, as they couldn't find any citizens. Narancia jokingly congratulates Jorge after he discovers a wedding venue for "[[George Joestar II|Jorge Joestar]]" and [[Lisa Lisa|Elizabeth Straizo]]. Jorge realizes that it must be the other Jorge who [[Tsukumojuku Kato|Tsukumojuku]] told him about, so they were brought to another universe. Jorge tells Narancia that they should check out the other Jorge's home but Pucci says that they should go to the capital, London, as something waits for them in 'Desolation Row'. However, Narancia then sees three [[zombie]] men fighting to eat a little girl. Narancia kills the three men but the girl becomes a zombie herself. Jorge, Narancia, and Pucci fight off the zombies with their Stands. Riding a large U-Boat, they decide to flee to the Joestar mansion and take Kars with them.

Narancia félicite Jorge en plaisantant après qu'il ait découvert un jardin préparer pour une cérémonie de mariage entre "[[George Joestar II/fr|Jorge Joestar]]" et [[Lisa Lisa/fr|Elizabeth Straizo]]. Jorge réalise qu'il doit s'agir de l'autre Jorge dont [[Tsukumojuku Kato|Tsukumojuku]] lui a parlé, et qu'ils ont donc été transportés dans un autre univers. Jorge dit à Narancia qu'ils devraient aller voir la maison de l'autre Jorge mais Pucci dit qu'ils devraient plutôt aller à la capitale, Londres, car quelque chose les attend à " Desolation Row ". Cependant, Narancia voit alors trois {{Fr|Zombies}} qui se battent pour manger une petite fille. Narancia tue les trois zombies mais la fille devient elle-même un zombie. Jorge, Narancia et Pucci combattent les zombies avec leurs Stands. En montant sur un grand U-Boat, ils décident de fuir vers le [[Manoir Joestar]] et d'emmener Kars avec eux.

After Narancia starts yelling in Italian, [[Penelope de la Rosa]] tells them that she doesn't know what's going on with the island and asks them to leave but [[Erina Pendleton|Erina]] arrives to greet her guests. As Jorge talks to Erina, three zombies appear behind them but Penelope entraps them with her [[Wound]], scaring Narancia. Bored with their talk, Narancia goes back to U-Boat.

Deciding to join their group, Penelope heads back with Jorge to U-Boat and Narancia cackles about how Jorge could pick up a girl in the situation that they're in. Thrilled about getting closer to his goal of standing on top of the universe, Dio taunts Kars and his enemies. Rather than being irritated, Kars is excited to fight Dio, as Penelope, Narancia, and Jorge watch with fear. Narancia grabs Jorge and Penelope and then flees on a one meter long U-Boat, appearing similarly to a skateboard. They meet {{JJ|Lisa Lisa}} on the way and speak with her. Narancia interrupts to point out that Dio and Kars are constantly exploding from each other's attacks. They would regenerate faster each time, enjoying their immortality to the fullest.

Later, the giant [[Antonio Torres]] tries protecting Dio. Jorge and Narancia fire a barrage of missiles with U-Boat at the giant Antonio, but he knocks them all aside. After Lisa Lisa also attacks him with the [[Ripple]], Antonio's head begins to crumble, but Kars tells them to stop killing him or they won't be able to return England back to its original timeline. In the end, Narancia returns to the 37th universe.<ref name="JORGE16">{{Ch|JORGE JOESTAR Chapter 16}}</ref>
