Stardust Crusaders (スターダストクルセイダース, Sutādasuto Kuruseidāsu) is the first chapter in the Story Mode of Eyes of Heaven.

The year is 1988, in Cairo, Egypt. At the end of a long journey, the Joestar group finally face DIO. But due to the overwhelming power of evil Stand users,their allies have fallen one by one. In the end, only Jotaro remains, and he's about to fight DIO one on one! However, DIO absorbed Joseph's blood and powered up!

In stopped time, DIO and Jotaro levitate over Cairo. While Jotaro is unable to move, DIO feels ecstatic from drinking Joseph's blood. He drills his finger into the side of his head, screaming that he is experiencing "the greatest high". Next, he sends a barrage of punches with his Stand directed at Jotaro. This sends him flying onto a bridge and he mitigates the impact with Star Platinum. DIO flies over and wants to finish the fight. A battle ensues.
