Her apartment says "Shiobana" when she's living in Japan but that's before she gets married, she gets Italian citizenship but I assume she took her husband's name of Giovanna too (if that was his name)
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's Shiobana, I think Giorno just changed his name because he didn't like his mother, because Haruno Shiobana isn't a far stretch from Giorno Giovanna.
