Adding Music Tracks Not Found In The HttF OST?

Should we include music tracks that are not compiled in the official Heritage To The Future original soundtrack such as unlockable character theme (Shadow DIO for example) and other themes found in the PS1 Super Story Mode?

Sure, I think you can make a separate section for it on the OST page.
