Rohan Kishibe (岸辺 露伴, Kishibe Rohan) is a wealthy and successful manga artist. He is on a sightseeing vacation in Hawaii alone with plans to stay in a villa for 15 days. He also declared to airport customs that he had brought a 24-karat diamond with him. With her connections to airport customs, Meryl Mei Qi was made aware of the diamond belonging to a Japanese tourist.

Three days into his vacation, Meryl sent Jodio Joestar and company to steal the diamond from his villa. The group arrive at the villa while Rohan is swimming in its pool. Jodio uses binoculars to see who the tourist is and realizes it's Rohan Kishibe. He mentions he owes some of his manga whose anime adapations he always watches online.
