Creation and Development

In the original Ultra Jump release of JJL Chapter 5, an early design of Fun Fun Fun is shown in its first full appearance.

Oddly, the volume release of the chapter changes the early design of the overall body to its normal appearance but retained the early design of the head.

Creation and Development

[1] Araki was inspired to create Pearl Jam by challenging himself to somehow create a suspenseful story using cooking as the theme.[1]

Creation and Development

Early sketches of Josuke Higashikata, Yasuho Hirose, and Joshu (Shueisha Jump Remix)

According to an early sketch of him, Josuke Higashikata and Yasuho Hirose found in Shueisha Jump Remix, Joshu was originally going to be depicted with long, curly hair. Also, Josuke's Soft & Wet was originally going to have the ability to attach screws to something, but this ability ended up being given to Joshu's Nut King Call.[2]

Creation and Development

Soft & Wet was originally planned to have the ability to attach screws to things, but the ability was ultimately given to Nut King Call instead.[3]
