Summary

Okuyasu started to feel intense pain shortly after discovering the existence of Tonio's Stand. Josuke went into the kitchen of Trussardi's to fully investigate Tonio and discover his true intentions. As Josuke entered, he found the main dish that was to be served to Okuyasu and heard noises coming from further inside the kitchen. He dicovered Tonio feeding a dog the exact same dish which, according to Tonio, was lamb with applesauce. The dog suddenly started to convulse its own intestines out.

Tonio discovered that Josuke was spying on him the entire time and proceeded to throw a knife at Josuke which barely missed. As the dog continued to convulse violently and its intestines burst out of its abdomen, Tonio headed angrily towards Josuke. Josuke, as he questions Tonio's motives behind his cooking, hears Okuyasu eating the lamb with applesauce. After Okuyasu finished off the dish, his intestines burst out of his stomach much like the dog and violently convulses blood. Tonio, unexpectedly to Josuke, presents Josuke with a block of soap and asks him to wash his hands with it.

Tonio was revealed to be angry towards Josuke for not washing his hands before entering the kitchen. Okuyasu has stopped convulsing and his stomach wound was mysteriously gone. He mentioned that his stomach felt better and that his constipation was gone as if nothing had happened, much to Josuke's surprise. Tonio smiles out of joy towards this. The dog also returned to normal as it stopped convulsing, rather it was barking happily. Tonio mentions that the dog had stomach problems as well. He was revealed to have no ulterior motives behind his cooking besides wanting to spread joy through his cooking. After Josuke and Okuyasu revealed their Stands to him, Tonio explained that he came to Morioh due to him having more opportunities there.

Tonio decided to punish Josuke for entering his kitchen without washing his hands first. He served Okuyasu pudding for his dessert to cure his athlete's foot. Initially reluctant to eat the pudding in order to preserve his masculinity, he enjoyed the pudding as much as he did the other dishes. Josuke, however, was unfortunately left to clean the kitchen without a bite to eat.
