Appearance/Personality
Wheel of Fortune (ホウィール・オブ・フォーチュン) is bound to a car, though anyone can see it, including non-stand users. It's unknown if Wheel of Fortune would be able to take control of another car and reform itself should its current form be destroyed. It's user is ZZ.
Powers/Abilities
Transformation: ZZ changes the shape of the car equal to it size, it can't become infinitely larger but it can improve damage parts and create harder armor and tougher wheels. Even adapted to the current terrain its fighting on. It can even allow the car to do impossible feats, such as driving up 90 degree angle cliffs.
Projectiles: Wheel of Fortune can shoot its own gasoline at others as a high pressure scatter shot that can damage the body quite a bit, however its purpose is to later be lit on fire.
Communication: It could converse with other through other car radios or using it own.
