Pesci is an antagonist from Part V: Vento Aureo.
Story
Very little is know about Secco, not even Diavolo was able to find concrete information regarding his pass. What we do know is that he once was a patient of Cioccolatta. His mind is now warped by the mad doctor his thoughts are of spreading suffering much like Cioccolatta and he obeys him as if he were a pet. Cioccolatta, send him to film people's been torture be his Green Day and occasionally rubbed him for doing a good work and reward him with sugar cube. Secco, would always ask for more cubes. During battle Secco, prove to be far more powerful opponent and constantly wanting to know more and know someone mysterious. Upon him discovering that Buccardi's body was strange he instantly demanded the knowledge behind it. Upon hearing about Cioccolatta's dead, Secco explain that he regarded him as a teacher and very strong and that if he die, he was wake and had no need for him as a teacher. He then shown to be far more capable that Cioccolatta.
