Story

Very little is know about Secco, not even Diavolo was able to find concrete information regarding his pass. What we know is that he is was once a patient of Cioccolatta, now warped by the mad doctor his thoughts are of spreading suffering much like Cioccolatta, he obeys him as if he was his master.
