Highway to Hell (地獄のハイウエイ (?)) is a stand power featured in Part VI: Stone Ocean. It's User is Xander McQueen and its name is based on the song, Highway to Hell, by the band, ACDC.
Abilities
Shared Injury: When McQueen attempts to kill himself, he can also make someone die in the same way he does. No matter the circumstances, whatever harm McQueen faces will end up happening to the other person in the same way. In other words, McQueen must kill himself in order to kill his opponent, though hardly does so solely for that motive.
