Immortal Monster (Youth with Dio - Part 2 in the JoJonium release) is the thirteenth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the thirteenth chapter of Part I: Phantom Blood.
Summary
Jonathan, Speedwagon and the police officers are in awe at the fact that Dio is alive and well after taking several bullets to his body. Dio then approaches Jonathan, the later warning him to stop coming towards him while pointing a gun in his direction.
When Dio refuses to yield Jonathan shoots a bullet into the right side of Dio’s forehead clean through the rest of his head. However, this does not kill him let alone faze him. Dio then gloats how the Stone mask has given him incredible power, which helps Jonathan to realize that the stone mask he had been studying may have caused some transformation within Dio.
Dio then proceeds to kill the rest of the police officers and in the process one of the officer’s legs flies into Speedwagon’s arm and breaks it. Jonathan then takes a spear from a suit of armor in the foyer preparing to fight the suddenly powerful Dio Brando.
