Joshu makes his first playable appearance in ''JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven'' and was confirmed for the game alongside [[Josuke Higashikata (JoJolion)|Josuke (JoJolion)]], [[Narciso Anasui]], and [[Enrico Pucci]] with [[C-MOON]].
