Line 95:
Dragona sends Smooth Operators inside of Usagi's brain and Charming Man eventually finds the enemy Stand in the temporal lobe. Smooth Operators corner Bags Groove and grab onto its limbs to quarter it, but suddenly, a mob of other Bags Grooves appear from the shadows and surround Smooth Operators. Thankfully, Jodio manages to defeat Bobby Jean and kills him. Witnessing this, Lulu is heartbroken and recalls all her Bags Groove, which saves Usagi. Later, Dragona and Jodio find Paco at the ICU. Dragona announces that the situation is worrisome because HOWLER Company knows about them and moreover knows about the Lava Rock. They are sure to send more hitmen at the gang and they must quickly leave the hospital. However, Jodio finds a document holder in a locker. They belong to Yokohama, a bank employee who was going to collect all of Howler's assets as collateral. With the necessary documents in hand, Jodio decides to collect that debt.

Later, Jodio, Dragona and Usagi visit Charming Man at the bank, the latter having been impersonating the banker Yokohama to hack into the bank's network and ensuring that as soon as Howler's assets are transferred to the bank, the assets will be transferred to the gang's bank account. Charming Man gives them a short tour of the office.
Line 104:
As Paco and Usagi depart to rescue Meryl Mei, Dragona worries about whether they should board the cruiser due to Meryl Mei's situation but Jodio believes that they should be safe since the pursuers would just be investigating what happened to Bobby Jean and shouldn't have found out about their plan to impersonate the bank and thus it is still a good opportunity to seize the land. After boarding, Dragona introduces themself as "Pink Nagasaki", handing over a business card. On the upper deck, Dragona is impressed by the luxury in which Howler lives and wishes they could ride the merry-go-round installed there. Key West takes an interest in Dragona and asks which university Dragona attended. Dragona thoughtlessly answers "Harvard", shocking Charming Man and Jodio. Key West reveals she also attended Harvard and inquires about how Professor Herzberg is doing. Dragona is left speechless, but their conversation is interrupted when Key West and Dragona then see Acca holding a gun while walking downstairs to the lower decks, so Key West leaves to follow him and the others.
Acca Howler brings the group to a room in the lower decks of his yacht to negotiate with them. At first, he tries to bribe the trio with $40,000,000 in cash each, but the group persists. Charming Man puts Acca under pressure and argues that Acca is in way more trouble than he lets on because the impending government investigation will completely freeze his source of income on the northern slope of Mt. Hualalai. He presents a plan to exchange a land on O'ahu owned by the bank with the HOWLER Company's own land, pretending that it could protect his assets. However, Acca halts their conversation when everyone sees small pieces of rock scattered over the table, and Acca recognizes that it is from the Lava Rock. Suspicious, he orders Dragona at gunpoint to stand up. As Acca grows furious, Jodio quietly tells Dragona to use Smooth Operators to change the serial numbers on the money around them, since making the bills counterfeit would prevent them from being attracted to the Lava Rock. Noticing Jodio whispering to Dragona, Acca fires his gun at them as intimidation, hitting the wall behind them. Acca then throws Dragona onto a pile of money. Trying to stall, Jodio urges Charming Man to reveal to Acca that Dragona isn't a woman, as Acca mistakenly believes. Frustrated, Acca searches Dragona but finds nothing, since Jodio has secretly hidden the Lava Rock in his fist.
Key West then announces that several fireboats are approaching the cruiser. Acca's earlier shots have set fire to the yacht's electrical system. With police boats surrounding them, Charming Man and Jodio pressure Acca further, emphasizing that he's running out of time to protect his assets and must sign the land exchange immediately.
