Plot Summary
Line 29 ⟶ 27:
On a road on Oahu Island, two police officers pull over a pickup truck driven by Dragona, with Jodio in the passenger seat. One of the officers, eyeing Dragona, pretends to arrest them to create an opportunity for molestation under the guise of a drug search. The siblings respond by using their respective Stands to defeat the officers, burn the patrol car to destroy evidence, and successfully complete a drug deal with local gangsters.

Jodio introduces himself and his family, noting that Dragona has a preference for girly fashion, and describes his mother Barbara Ann Joestar's daily routine. He also explains his family's connection to the Joestar family and shares his outlook on life. After a bus ride to school one day, Jodio completes a drug sale with one of his seniors, the outgoing Usagi Alohaoe. He then elaborates on his philosophy of life, centered around the concept of "mechanisms," and his dream of becoming rich. Later that day, Jodio, Dragona, and a thief named Paco Laburantes, who is also a Stand user, meet with their boss, Meryl Mei Qi. Meryl informs them that a lone Japanese tourist has arrived in Hawaii with a valuable diamond, and tasks the group with stealing it. Unexpectedly, Meryl assigns a fourth member to the group—Usagi.

Before embarking on their mission, Jodio and Paco decide to complete another drug deal. On South King Street in Oahu, a woman approaches Jodio, attempting to purchase drugs, but Jodio suspects she's a police officer. Despite his suspicions, they complete the exchange after she persuades him, with Paco indicating where the drugs are hidden. The woman then reveals herself as an undercover DEA agent by drawing a gun and showing her badge, while other officers storm out of a nearby ice cream truck to arrest Jodio and Paco. However, Jodio uses November Rain to destroy the bag of drugs, forcing the police to release him as they now lack evidence.
Line 50 ⟶ 48:
In the jungle, the diamond and a precious artwork Usagi stole from Rohan somehow end up near Jodio, leading the group to realize that valuable items are drawn to the Lava Rock. At that moment, the crew is ambushed by a trio of Stand-wielding cats. As Jodio picks up the diamond, a wire coils around his ankle, pulling him up and leaving him dangling from a tree branch. Meanwhile, other wires sew Dragona and Paco together, digging into their bodies. Usagi, however, sneaks away.

Paco uses THEThe Hustle to free Jodio's ankle, allowing him to fend off one cat, but the remaining two ensnare them in a net made of wires, which is revealed to come from their fur. Finally, Usagi intervenes by crashing the rental car into the tree. He reveals that he had fed the cats expensive caviar stolen from Rohan's villa. Usagi instructs Dragona to have THE MATTEKUDASAI transform into a net and lures the cats toward the Lava Rock, causing the cats to be drawn to the rock due to its properties. After Usagi captures the two cats, Jodio reflects on the mysterious nature of the Lava Rock and suspects that a third party is trying to obtain it.

Testing the Lava Rock
Line 57 ⟶ 55:
Jodio's group winds down after escaping from the jungle. They drive to a café where Usagi confirms that anything of noticeable value that has touched the rock will inevitably return to it. Dragona then suggests a test at a luxury watch store, Diamotch, so they can fully understand how the Lava Rock's powers work before boarding their plane.

Dragona and Usagi enter the store and attempt to test the Lava Rock on one of the $80,000 wristwatches. Although the watch disappears, and the staff accuses the duo of theft, they are soon proven innocent and released.

Line 93 ⟶ 91:
Jodio and his team eventually arrive at the hospital but mistakenly go to the ICU, where they find the clerk from the registry office, unconscious. Her grieving father, Congressman White, is present and believes that HOWLER poisoned her. He plans to seize HOWLER's land, showing a document on his tablet, but his assistant warns him not to. The woman's ECG monitor suddenly flatlines, and in his panic, the congressman leaves his tablet behind as he rushes into Sophie's room. Seizing the opportunity, Dragona and the others use White's tablet to submit the document, using Smooth Operators to drag his fingerprint onto the sensor.

As soon as the land is seized, Acca Howler, the CEO of HOWLER, is informed by his banker, MackYokohama from Dolphin Bank. Virtually ruined, Howler immediately suspects that the Lava Rock is involved and calls Lulu, instructing her to retrieve it. Lulu and Bobby Jean eventually track down the group, and Bobby Jean opens fire on them using his Stand, Glory Days. Bobby Jean and Lulu head to the front lobby, expecting to have killed their targets, but Lulu insists on returning to the basement level. However, the gang has evaded major injuries from the bullets by using their Stands to defend themselves. Meanwhile, Usagi successfully creates an MRI with THE MATTEKUDASAI, but his mental and physical states continue to deteriorate. Dragona and Charming Man take photos inside Usagi's brain using the MRI, while Paco and Jodio stand guard by the elevator. Bobby and Lulu exit the elevator just as Paco enters it to check out the first floor. Suddenly, several bullets are fired at Paco while he is alone inside the elevator, leading him to realize that their enemies were the two who just exited. Meanwhile, MackYokohama arrives at the hospital to pick up stomach medicine, only to be instantly shot in the head by a stray bullet from Glory Days.

With Paco neutralized, Bobby and Lulu try to ambush Jodio, but the latter guesses that Lulu is a Stand user just in time. A shootout ensues during which Jodio is forced to flee from Bobby Jean while the hitman fires into civilians and stalks Jodio. Meanwhile, Charming Man and Dragona finally acquire images from the scanner and Dragona can send Smooth Operators inside Usagi's brain to locate and kill Bags Groove. Unfortunately, Lulu throws pieces of her figure with more Bags Grooves attached to them and sends them inside Usagi to ambush Smooth Operators. Bobby Jean follows Jodio's trail down to a dead end and their fight continues in the bathrooms. However, when Jodio had picked up Lulu's figure earlier, some Bags Grooves have infected his body and are making him sick as well.

By shooting in all the stalls, Bobby Jeans forces Jodio to use November Rain, and corners him. Jodio then fakes trying to take something from his pocket, which at first makes Bobby wary. However, tempted by greed, Bobby takes a step forwards, telling Jodio to show him the Lava Rock which could attract wealth to him. In doing so, Bobby Jean falls for Jodio's trap and one of November Rain's drops, which has rebounded and stuck to the ceiling, falls through Bobby Jean's skull. Lulu, who has witnessed this, recalls all of her Bags Groove out of grief. As she cries, Jodio tells her that after she's done mourning, she will come with them. Usagi is also saved, and Paco is being treated in the ICU. Afterwards, the group find MackYokohama's document holder. Although HOWLER Company knows about them, Jodio is confident as they've obtained all the documents to be able to claim the company's assets, and he plans on claiming them as soon as possible.

The Asset Collection
After Jodio and co. gets out of the hospital, Charming Man impersonates Yokohama and sets things up at the bank so that when Acca Howler has to deposit his assets at the bank, it will be at an account owned by the gang. Later, the gang and Lulu report to Meryl Mei Qi and she interrogates the girl. Lulu reveals that Howler doesn't knows about any of the gang members, but is aware of the existence of the Lava Rock. Thus, for the time being, Meryl tells everyone to lay low and be sure nobody is trailing them until they can collect Howler's assets, in seven days time. Meanwhile, Acca Howler is being swarmed by a mob of protesters. He's led to safety by three of his henchmen that he's recently hired: Key West, a self-professed lawyer, Laem Chabang, a police officer and Ningbo, a firefighter. Acca tasks them with finding Lulu and they already have a lead in Bobby Jean's research history, a photo of Paco from his time in the Army.

The crew goes to Howler's estate so they can find Howler and claim his land before the government can intervene. Thus, Charming Man disguised as Yokohama, Dragona, and Jodio go towards Howler's yacht while Paco and Usagi stand by on the coast. Suddenly, the gang receives a coded message from Meryl Mei which informs them that two enemies have cornered her. Paco decides to go back to save Meryl. Meanwhile, Charming Man, Dragona and Jodio conduct the negotiations with Howler, but suddenly, Dragona's Lava Rock piece scatters on the table and Howler becomes suspicious. Jodio realizes their Lava Rock is deteriorating due to the surrounding cash, and secretly instructs Dragona to use Smooth Operators to counterfeit the bills, stopping the deterioration as the bills would lose their value. Seeing Jodio whisper, Howler violently interrogates them about the Lava Rock by shooting his gun at the wall behind them. He opens a suitcase and orders Dragona to step into the cash, but is shocked to see nothing happen. Key West informs him that a fire started on the yacht due to the bullets Howler fired, and that police and fireboats have suddenly surrounded them. Charming Man urges Howler to finalize the land deal quickly before the police officers raid the yacht.

In a flashback, it's revealed that Paco's father immigrated to Hawaii from Mexico and found work at a poultry farm. He was a drunkard who frequently abused his family, though Paco still cared for him. After passing out drunk on the side of the road one day, Paco's father woke up to a corpse next to him and was charged with murder. Paco committed fraud by forging checks to raise money for his father's legal defense, but ended up getting arrested in his first year of high school and dropped out of school. Meryl Mei found Paco and warned him that he was being manipulated by the mafia, who framed Paco's father with the murder. She urged Paco to finish school and invited him to speak with her at Iko Iko. In the present, Paco and Usagi discover Meryl Mei has been violently abducted from her office, prompting Paco to swear revenge.
