Only afterwards some papyrus documents are unearthed. After they are deciphered and assigned the name The Genesis of Universe, E. Stevenson disappears. On January 1, 1913, he dies of a heart attack while writing a summary of the documents. The Genesis of Universe soon disappears. With no evidence, his writings are dismissed as fits of madness.

Avdol tries to help, but Joseph is out of reach. Suddenly [[Jean Pierre Polnareff|Polnareff]] shows up and shoves Joseph out of the way. The statue leaps at them. Polnareff prepares to strike it, but the statue turns back to rubble before Silver Chariot reaches it, burying him. The statue is located in the [[Luxor]] region and, with the temple of Amun, started construction in 1300 BC under {{W|Ramesses II|Ramses}}’s rule.

Pollo has a half-sister named Melissa Collina and the gang captures her to put pressure on Pollo. However, Falco manages to free her. Nonetheless, Pollo is forced to lie in court and accuse prosecutor Falco of using intimidation tactics to prosecute innocent people through Tizzano's [[Talking Head]]. Squalo then has [[Clash]] rip out his tongue, killing him.
