Under World is a humanoid Stand with headphone shaped appendages on its head instead of eyes. It also has bracelets on its wrists that have checker symbols as well as a boat wheel-shaped symbol and a Star of Life symbol on its chest.
Under World manifests as a humanoid Stand resembling Donatello's physique. Though Under World lacks a face, tube-shaped appendages shoot out from its eye-sockets directly into its back. The Stand bears a maze-like symbol and the {{W|Star of Life}} on its chest, along with a loincloth skirt made of feathers and a checkered {{W|Vambrace|vambrace}}.

Under World is white-blue with orange features in the colored manga.

Under World's ability is to excavate memories of events and people from the past through the assumption that the ground contains a memory of anything that happens upon it.<ref name=":0">{{Ch|SO Chapter 120}}</ref> Versus uses this to summon any historical event that happened in the range of Orlando, Florida.<ref name=":4">[[Volume 77]], in-between Stand stats, {{Ch|SO Chapter 121}}</ref> By digging through and uncovering the soil, Versus can also trap his foes in recreations of memories. In addition to Under World's ability to unearth memories, it is also able to create a large underground cave where memories of the earth are recreated.<ref name=":0" /> The cave starts as a deep hole in the floor of the hospital, that opens up into a tunnel. An object can then be left as a portal to the memory, in [[Jolyne Cujoh|Jolyne]]'s case a spoon is used to transport her into the memory of a crashing plane.<ref name=":1" /> The cave itself has enough space for a commercial airplane, a fighter jet, and open areas for people to stand and hide. Once Versus cancels his ability the cave is revealed to be an illusion, and in reality only a shallow hole remains.<ref name=":5" />{{-}}
